At Smith’s Drugs of Forest City, we gladly accept most insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Insurance plans all have differing requirements for documentation, patient information, submission formats and items they cover. Because of this wide variety, we will be glad to provide insurance coverage information for each individual patient per specific item or service they request.
